Happy 76th Birthday to my fave Cartoon

Click the pic to see a variety of AWESOME Tom and Jerry themed cakes. i couldn’t choose just one. (Though I do love the one that says Joshua)

My Favorite cartoon as a child AND still is, Tom and Jerry. I even named the first cat I owned Tom Jerry. They still make me laugh after all these years. The new ones just aren’t the same they don’t have the same entertainment value or fun of the chase from back in the days. One of my MOST favorite episodes is when Jerry turns the kitchen into an ice skating rink, complete with colored lights, thanks to the jello on a lazy-Susan in the fridge.  There’s a couple with Spike and his mini me, the one where they are in Switzerland and the mountain dog gets Tom drunk, another is with the little mouse as the Musketeers, I think I learned that french song from the show. Another I like is when Tom is being an orchestra conductor, Bowling,  The one with the witch.

I found a clip of (part) of the first EVER episode to air..
